Clive and Iuliia Gurzhii were all over the news for 3 days in August, after idiotically going to give birth on a beach a long way from home.
The birth was unwitnessed and very odd circumstances.
I googled them and all I could find was a gofundme (never saw that one coming!!) - it raised GBP128 out of an ambitious target of GBP15.000.

Do you think they are still out there?

Thank you @JustKeepsBreathing for the new update. This is a thread that my thoughts often turn to. I really hope that the children are both being kept safe.

It was interesting to read that they appealed the judgement, but then Iuliia still refused to engage with the process, however Clive did (well done for forgetting to brief your wife!). Feel he stitched her up there.

I am probably naïve but I still feel there's hope for Iuliia to step away from this and be involved in her children's lives. I think Clive will spend his days in a spiral of conspiracy theories and made up espionage. I hope his children will be safeguarded from him.

I think I've come across as a bit po faced, sorry. Leaving aside my thoughts about the children, it is the story that just keeps on giving. Loving that Chester zoo is still getting featured in the comments.

This is yet another example of a twisted, pro-establishment narrative being pushed by the mainstream, Masonic-controlled media to smear whistle-blowers involved in exposing legal fraud. In this case, it targets Clive, who had been speaking out about the New World Order, “Agenda 21” and “Agenda 2030,” warning of depopulation plans, 15-minute city totalitarianism, harmful vaccines, and deliberate attacks on children. He also spoke about the massive legal fraud hidden behind the use of names in all capital letters, and how the system profits through empire-wide scams like the covert trading under the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666 and birth certificate fraud.

Although Clive didn’t fully grasp all the legal implications at first, he tried to take his family off-grid, avoiding mRNA and graphene-containing vaccines by sailing to remote islands. But his eldest child’s passport was refused, and UK police and social services hunted them down—first seizing their home and dogs, then attempting to take Elizabeth, their first child. Relatives who were babysitting were arrested on fabricated charges, forcing Clive to rush back, where he was also hunted down and arrested while trying to stop Elizabeth’s removal.

After a long investigation into the lawlessness of the highest UK courts, Clive returned to be with Lulia, who couldn’t sail, while still trying to protect their newborn from being taken, fight to get Elizabeth out of forced care, and expose it all—despite the usual zero-evidence media spin.

Nah. It's still codswallop.😂

Someone needs to make a podcast about this bizarre story!

I know! I think earlier in the thread I said I'd love to see a film about it!

I love it when I see the thread has a new message! Obviously I feel for the kids caught in this mess. But OMG it's just so unbelievable!

HonoriaLucastaDelagardie · 13/08/2025 22:36

Or would it be decided by parental nationality?

It could have been - if Clive had done the DNA test to prove he was the father. Assuming he is the father, that is. But I suppose DNA testing is something else that's against his Freeman on the Land principles.

Being a ward of the court doesn't necessarily mean the baby is back in the UK though. It just means the High Court decide what will happen for any of the major decisions.

Arguably, back in the same general location as an older sibling so that contact is possible would seem sensible, but on the other hand that means contact with the mother is not possible so the baby could be in foster care with a court appointed guardian, close to wherever the mother is in prison.

Does being a ward of court of England (or whatever it was ) mean that the nationality of the baby has been decided as British? Because I am thinking there could be big issues around the status of the baby's nationality if it was born abroad and undocumented. Or would it be decided by parental nationality?

Its not new, it's the same way people fall for cults.

Back in the day, the arrogant, the gullible and stupid people had some protection from real people in real life.

Now the internet rewards arrogance, exploits the gullible on a global scale and validates crazies.🤪

in 2015, Manchester Magistrates Court sentenced a person who had argued that the 'freeman on the land' theory excused them from paying Council Tax to 40 days’ prison.

Wasn't Clive, by any chance, was it?

Oh this couple’s antics are just the gift that keeps on giving …

They lost their appeal but may be out of prison soon and in the meantime that poor baby apparently still hasn’t been dna checked as theirs! And no news on who is caring for their 8 year old (guessing she’s 10/11 now?).

In the comments there is the bit about having your name in capital letters. Certainly freeman of the Land territory.

Anyone able to translate that ? Confused

I asked ChatGPT to make it make sense and while it made it more readable, sense was not made!

WiddlinDiddlin · 13/08/2025 05:31

Thats either Clive or I suspect, one of his relatives/mates - last I saw something written by Clive, whilst he writes gobbledygook his spelling is mostly ok and he doesn't use slang like 'da'.

I wonder if they ran from the UK because they were already known to SS, the existing child was already on the verge of being taken and they suspected the unborn baby would be removed.

So they fled to 'have a baby on the beach'... with Clive likely believing that if the baby were not born in britain and therefore, not british, they could eventually return here and SS would not be able to take the baby.

That went tits up - Clive had to come back here (how he got back and got out again without getting nicked I don't know) and then get back to the baby (where is he getting his cash?!) and Iulia - strapped for funds, they then take on smuggling people (I am not fully buying the 'abused and beaten up' part of that... I suspect that was the Ethiopians 'get out of jail free' card and it seems to have worked as they managed to abscond from Cayman Brac, back into the ether!).

And then they get caught on Cayman Brac having a fry up at the supermarket caff... and we are where we are now.

What a spectacular downfall - going from flying abroad to fulfil a free birth dream to sailing the seas trafficking people to ending up in prison and no custody of either child. What an unbelievable chain of events to avoid a hospital birth.

If it was a plot on Eastenders you would think it was too far fetched.

shameful typical twisted pro pagan da half truth to inverted narrative that targets whistle blowers targeting legal fraud case.
with typical masonic monopolised media added twists and avoidance of the zero evidence and set up about clive initialy knowing and exposing the new world order, “agenda 21” and “agenda 2030” depopulation with 15 minute city totalitarian intensions. also knowing the intentional slow kill vaccines the intentional harm and kill children ploys and knowing thelegal fraud upheld only by the “NAME in all CAPITALS” supporting it and the mass profitising of all empire frauds via the systems complex and covert trading cestui que vie act 1666 birth certificate fraud, Clive having primarily not comprehend fully its legal fraud implications tried to take his whole family off grid, avoiding the mrna and graphine containing vaccines via sailing islands, instead the his 1st borns passport was refused, and Elizabeth was hunted down by uk police and social workers 1st siezing their home family dogs in an attempt to sieze elizabeth their 1st child and arrested their child sitting relatives all on false accused fabricated charges, for clive to rush back and to be hunted down and arrested trying to stop elizabeth being siezed, having lost the near on war. After clives intensive investigation of the lawlessness imposed at the highest level of courts in the uk he headed back to Lulia who couldn’t sail, then tried to survive, evade the new born being taken whilst trying to symotaniasly get back to get elizabeth out of forced care and publicise it all and against this type of typical zero evidence contolled media spin.

This one?

That's the one.
