Porn culture has led to women suffering injuries during sex

Doyoumind · 12/08/2022 10:01

Apart from all the violence etc porn portrays as normal, anal sex is definitely treated as an everyday thing that women enjoy. I don't personally. I know some women claim they do but I've certainly known men who pressure for it and I'm guessing it's only got worse in the years since I was dating.

This article suggests women are unknowingly entering into something that can cause serious injuries.

This is possibly the most stupid reply I've ever read

I know it will take some beating 😆

RicottaAndBlueCheese · 13/08/2022 10:01

Agreed @Silverfinch yet, they long to educate the next generation on obscure matters, it's frankly bizarre.

I thought anal sex was rampant, now it's obscure?

lollipoprainbow · 13/08/2022 10:02

Anal sex comes with risk of tears

I imagine it's quite eye watering yes

Anal sex comes with risk of tears

having Just read a cosmopolitan article and another aimed at safety this is mentioned at the end

but that apparent quite normal and with the advise don’t be alarmed if you see a small amount of blood

how is that safe it isn’t would we claim that was safe with vaginal sex or oral sex no but this is the narrative now

It is normal to bleed a little when you first have sex if the hymen hasn’t previously ruptured. That was the proof of virginity on the marriage bed. These days with use of tampons etc most girls have ruptured before they have sex.

But blimey, bleeding from the rectum after anal sex is a sign of damage.

@excitingusername

Plenty of older women had anal sex, most just had very bad experiences with it.

My own grandmother for example.

She often told me and any of my cousins in earshot that back in her day men used it as a way to 'punish' their wives and it seemed relatively widespread among her friends, Co-workers and her army of Avon ladies (so she called them!)

If people want to have anal sex they should, but they should be armed with the knowledge on how to do it as safely as possible. Currently people aren't aware due to media influence.

Why you have an issue with education is beyond me considering the consequences for women, and men.

If you could read as well as you can rant you would have spotted that I am arguing for education. Explain to young people that this is risky activity and there is no “safe” way to do it. Encourage young women to question the motives of men who suggest it. Why does he want something which may damage me? Is that a sign of a good person with healthy attitudes to women?
you want to train for compliance with what is ultimately a male demand motivated by porn. That’s not education

Silverfinch · 13/08/2022 09:58

PollyRockets · 13/08/2022 09:49

So does child birth

In fact there is a significantly higher risk of tearing with child birth than anal sex

Do you propose teaching children to never get pregnant?

This is possibly the most stupid reply I've ever read

HRTQueen · 13/08/2022 09:53

childbirth is necessary to keep the human race going

anal sex isn’t it’s a sex act some may enjoy

what a stupid point to make

RicottaAndBlueCheese · 13/08/2022 09:51

Indeed, and campaigning for education on 'safe' anal sex.

RicottaAndBlueCheese · 13/08/2022 09:50

TullyApplebottom · 13/08/2022 07:58

But you’re so clever, knowing how to do anal sex “safely”, aren’t you. What an achievement for you to look back on in old age.

What an achievement for you to look back on in old age.

Indeed, and campaigning for education on safe sex when we are facing catastrophic climate change and dealing with the consequences of a global pandemic while attempting to managing lack of food and energy resources in am increasingly polarised and undemocratic world. But hey, let's talk about anal sex baby! 😁

I mean, just how much does it take to be educated on this seemingly intricate activity? It doesn't sound like rocket science 🤔? On the other hand, who knows, a Manchester University Phd student is conducting an 'anthropological' study of masturbating to child SA imagery. Perhaps the meaning of education has changed?

@excitingusername

They can judge situations and decide it's not for them

They don't however get to judge those who do things differently to them

That's nasty, not something many parents would want their child to be doing

I'd have failed as a parent if my child grew up like you, thinking anything between two consenting adults is disgusting and wrong.

I don't like oral sex, doesn't mean I think those who do are disgusting whores

I don't like the missionary position, doesn't mean I think those who do are boring.

You can have a difference in opinion without negatively judging those who don't share that opinion. Unfortunately it's not something you were taught. That's a shame

no It’s not about finding better porn it’s about violent and degrading porn becoming mainstream and influencing what is deemed acceptable sex that’s they issue

I agree, it’s the blatant misogyny that’s the problem. If teenagers watch it and it’s their first experience of sex then it’s very damaging, for boys and girls but I have to say mostly girls as it’s usually about using and abusing women.

One thing I can say for you @excitingusername is god you keep it coming.

You are literally spewing abuse in a stream. It's a wonder to watch.

Have you had breakfast yet?

😂Pol, is Sunglasses your kid? Or spouse? Either way, you've definitely got a avid follower of the crusade. Doggedly loyal.

Bye, lovelies.

@excitingusername

Why would my children say anal sex is disgusting and wrong

I'm teaching them to understand consequences to actions. Not become judgmental idiots

Maybe that's something your parents should have focused on with you

See, they're not allowed to have judgement about anything, however degrading an act or what it involves. They have to be open to everything lest they commit wrongthink.

You have erased their boundaries with religious zeal.

Anyway, continue with your moral crusade for sphincter play.

^*Freedom means freedom to tell you to shove your sexual 'progressiveness' up your own jacksy love.

Children don't need a zealous libtard domineering their sex ed in their efforts to promote the wokest most PC version of it possible.*^

..,....,...,
You have quite a way with words. Unfortunately, you don't sound very intelligent. It's okay to change your mind or agree with some of what the others are saying. We have seen women who enjoy anal sex admit there are risks, but for some reason you are dead against talking to your own children, because those same people support that idea. You're just very blinkered.

I don't think a single person here is doing what you think. Education illuminates dangers, it includes letting girls know that they don't have to do it, instead of being told by their peers that "everyone does it". They can hear from a teacher, an adult, that they don't have to do it.

You have the patience of a saint PollyRockets

PollyRockets · 13/08/2022 09:34

@excitingusername

I can almost guarantee you are not

One look at the terminology you use and the way you conduct a disagreement proves this quite nicely

Thankfully views such as yours are dying out and children are being raised to question things respectfully instead of judging others.

sunglassesonthetable · 13/08/2022 09:34

You're so delusional about age and what that means for people's thinking - it does prove you lack insight. I may well be younger than you. But deflect away won't you. Anyway, 'Mothers for buggery' sounds like a great cause. You go girl!

On and on.

sunglassesonthetable · 13/08/2022 09:32

*Well I wouldn't tell them I enjoy it as I don't

Never claimed to like anal sex myself

I don't enjoy many normal sexual practices, doesn't mean I think they're abhorrent and dirty

A key distinction between the way some on here think*

Yep. Check out all the febrile projections of conversations between you and your kids.

incredible . " knee jerk and vehement " indeed.

You really are a dick @excitingusername .

Gosh you're everything wrong with the older generation. At least my gran was able to talk openly about her sexual experiences.

😂😂😂

Perplexed0522 · 13/08/2022 09:13

Bet her kids don't dare to question the morality or validity of anything sexual. I bet they've learned to scorn and dismiss their own natural boundaries or initial feelings of revulsion about the explicit concepts she has introduced them to before they can even consent to normal sex.

I imagine the conversations she has with her children are based around information giving and not her telling them that she has anal sex and how pleasurable she finds it.

Well I wouldn't tell them I enjoy it as I don't

Never claimed to like anal sex myself

I’m guessing those that are deliberately being obtuse about anal sex can be safe if done correctly also use terms like breath play with nonsense claims about safely chocking someone

it can be made safer that is not meaning it’s safe and without risk of harm there is a difference we all know that

there are lots of articles online aimed at young women often teenagers about safe anal sex and how great it is if done safely and where do people turn to now for advice

there needs to be equal amount of articles from the same publishers directed at young women about the dangers but our society is so influenced by porn that advising how women should be sexually adventurous and man pleasing is now the agenda not women’s safety and dignity

I complained to YouTube about having so called safe breath play advice generic email replies they couldn’t give a fuck about (mainly) women’s safety

The fact is it can be made safe

Not everyone who has anal sex ends up leaking from their bumhole

A small portion do
