What do pigeons say?

I think they say "my feet hurt Sally" rather than my work colleague who thinks they say "I don't want to know". Am I unreasonable? Do they say something different to you?

I have sat and watched pigeons in the park and there always seem to be one bullying the other.
I think they are being told to stay in line by the leader pigeon.

Woodpigeons have a shorter call too don't they-

Always sounds like they are mournfully saying ‘you bastard, you bastard’
