Are they? Even the English generally get changed in swimming pool changing rooms. Nothing about his behaviour was at all out of the ordinary for an English person.

I don't get this, why is that weird? I've seen many a naked adult in swimming changing rooms throughout my life. Some people just get changed that way.

I think you are being very unreasonable if it’s the men’s changing room. His own children seeing him naked is a non issue. He could rightly complain about a woman in the men’s changing area.

Idk if I've misread OP or someone has said this but it seems really bizarre to wait in the actual changing rooms for the next lesson... Was there not a reception area to wait in.

You take your child into the changing rooms you correspond with if they aren’t old enough to sort themselves out. OP it’s not clear to me that you are actually planning on changing your behaviour- you appear to feel it is justified.

To be clear.
If my teen DS found an adult woman in the men’s changing rooms, he would be upset and refuse to use the facilities. I would help him to complain about said pervert. (Just as I would if a grown man sat in the women’s changing area.)
And I would expect the woman to be banned from the site. And the police informed.

Because a grown adult should never go to a place where they can see naked adults of the opposite sex without those people’s explicit consent (barring life-threatening emergencies).

And if I will be honest I can't understand why dads changing their sons in a Male changing room would find it intrusive of a mum doing the same

This is why people are calling you obtuse. You wouldn't use it because it's the male changing room and you're not male. It's as simple as that. You don't get to use it because it's empty, because your son is male, because you have asthma, because it's bigger than the female one, because it's raining and you can't be arsed walking to your car, because you failed to tell the time properly, because you're not from the UK, or any other reason.

@pinkboa I did read the thread, thank you. I am trying to see what possible valid reasons you think you had for going in the mens changing room because so far you haven't offered one.
