To throw cat poo over my neighbour's fence?

I suspect I probably am but have had a few glasses of wine so here goes!

My neighbour's cat turds all over my garden and it's really pissing me off, especially as dd crawls around out there and will eat anything. So, DH stalks the cat, surmises that, because it spends an inordinate amount of time statistically on one particular neighbour's flat roof, it must belong to them.

So, I tipped a whole bucket of saved up cat poo (I mean, what else can you do with it - it surely isn't nice to put it in the black bin with your food waste?) over the fence, so it is now sat there in a rather suspicious looking mound. Some of the turds have gone mouldy. I expect my neighbours will see it in the morning. I have now had to throw the bucket away. Do you think they'll think it's me, or just a rather large cat? AIBU for being a cat poo thrower?

I reckon she's got cat wallpaper in her lounge, cat ornaments. We know she has photos of her cat.....great big softy

Stumpy is just gorgeous...I can tell you really love that cat

hmmmmmm. mine were all from rescue shelters too. they'd have been roaming and crapping anyhow if they weren't rescued

I fucking hate cats. I have one called 'Mini' as well but she doesn't like to be photographed as she came to me in a shoebox with sleepy eyes and had been maltreated. She was only 4 weeks old and had to be fed 'baby milk' from the vet.

Anyway, you can still fark off you old bags!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't really hate cats. Just the ones that try to get in my house and piss.This must be the biggest climbdown in MN history.

That farking cat is called Stumpy. Called because she used to have a little leg, now she is the bitch from hell. She pees in the bath. The one time she shat in the bath was the time my father visited (oh gawd).She finds the new baby's stuff and rolls on it.

I fucking hate the cat, but DH likes her.

UCM - not funny on so many levels

Katiekin - as well as having two cats we have a very large wildbird population in our gardens thank you - the cats only eat mice round here - they are country cats.

OP - if you want to do scat opera you'd be better off on the bumming thread! Honestly, you are just being petty and silly and you don't even know it was their cat. I bet if your neighbours come round and confront you you'll be really embarassed.

My cats always bury their poo btw. It's not an urban myth. Of course if you are a smart owner you can train them to bury it in a certain part of the garden and keep the kids away (as we have). But that's probably too rational for some of you cat hating people!

how does one keep a cat in though? when its hot you open your windows and out they go, you cant stop them.

i must also be lucky because the only time cats shit on my lawn is when the grass is long. never happens when ive been mowing it regularly.

i have had problems with a cat coming in and spraying in my house though and that is foul, it does annoy me when people dont get them neutered.

love the shit flinging story though, feel bad for poor neighbours who probably dont even own the cat but the image of sixofone leaning out of the window, binoculars trained on a steaming heap is just priceless!
