Lego... whoever invented that wants shot in my opinion! DS pleaded for the Hogwarts castle made of lego last year. Comes complete with working clock, opening gates etc etc and I gave in and bought it. £60.00!! It was slightly old for him so I spent one sunday sitting on the floor in the living room for 5 hours... I kid you not... building the thing. Utterly delighted with this castle, put it in his room. Two days later he has dismantled the thing and spread it from one side to the other... After I have shrieked like a banshee at him, he calmly says he just wanted to build space ships out of it... he could have just had a box of different sized lego bricks for £7.00 and built what he damn well liked! Grrr . That's what he got for his birthday the next year and he never used it! grr again!

Just got a poly pocket shoe with my hoover....and a tiny little cannon ball from the playmobile.

DS2 has playmobil cargo ship - complete with a cargo of coal! The he got the dock crane, which came with another great sack of plastic coal!

poly pockets, playmobile, you name a type of plastic crap and we seem to have it all.

All 'the toy to end all toys' at one point. All broken and collecting dust now!

yes! I thought playmobil was bad (but i love it) but now DD has polly pocket - i need to study the carpet with a magnifying glass before hoovering in case polly's shoes get sucked up
