To expect my neighbours to stop flicking their lit fags and food over into my garden???

I live in a terraced house, my neighbours keep flicking their lit ciggarettes into my garden when they have finished with them, have also found a few on my rabbits hay, which anyone would know is really dangerous in this weather.

They also keep throwing food into my garden, scotch eggs, My dd is anaphylactic to egg, its really getting up my nose, they keep denitying it but it can be anyone else.

What can I do?

Am I being unreasonable?

Have you explained to them that your daughter is highly allergic and she must NOT be allowed to come into contact with stuff that they are chucking over?

They may deny it still, but it might stop if they knew how bloody dangerous their actions are.

It's one thing to be a bit careless with the odd fag end, but if they are aware that they are putting your child's life at risk, it may spur them to be a bit more careful.

Could it be people walking past in the street, btw.... is it a front garden or a back garden?

Only thing I can suggest Hilll is sitting in a darkened room and watching. the when you see them do it, open the window and say, "Please do not do that." Hopefully, you can shame them into submission.

Our neighbour's daughter used to have parties when her mum wasn't there and we used to get the fag ends I saw one come flying over one night and opened the patio door and said, very politely, "Excuse me, would you mind not throwing your cigarette stubs into my garden" to a very embarassed lad (at least he had the grace to look embarassed). That was the last party before they moved and the only time I saw it being done. The first couple of times I grumbled and cleared it up, but from then on I used to collect them all and chuck them back over the fence where her Mum'd find them!

mine keep throwing plastic cups over plastic pint glasses actually rom their parties.

i know its not ours as we havent had any plastic pint glasses.
