I think doing it whilest a small baby is in a cot is very diffrent to doing it while child of any age is in the bed next to you, also i just dont under stand how any one could get aroused when you basically eye ball to eye ball with your child

I sure in cultures were people live in one room or huts this happens but not in the wester world were we dont have 6 family memebers to a room not when you have the CHOICE TO NOT HAVE SEX WITH A CHILD SLEEPING IN YOUR BED NEXT TO YOU WHY WOULD YOU DO IT.

I don't know about in the same bed they're sleeping. In the same room while they're asleep in a seperate bed is ok. I'm sure loads of parents have done that while on holiday at least.

monkeymoma I hope you know how to put these worms back in the can :o

MeMyselfIrene · 25/06/2012 19:59

Ive had it with DC in bed. DC was under one. We had no option, child had to sleep on bed.

In other countries like developing countries there is lack of space. They cant afford 7 children to each have a bed, more likely that they sleep in one room. They have no option, probably just do it missionary quitely. I dont see those children coming out all crazy and asking questions about sex.

YABU- but I am a morally corrupt swede!

EclecticShock · 25/06/2012 19:58

If they are asleep and you are not likely to wake them, probe lag best in a cot next to you... And they are under 3, I don't see the issue.

mumofjust1 · 25/06/2012 19:57

I wouldn't have done it, not in a million years!

But

That's my choice - I wouldn't judge anyone who did/does.

KittyFane1 · 25/06/2012 19:57

A colleague at work told us that he and his wife were struggling to keep it quiet as their 7 year old daughter was sharing their room whilst work was taking place in the house. Wrong, just wrong :(

monkeymoma · 25/06/2012 19:56

this thread has been done already

general opinion seemed to be YABU unless the sex happens whilst breast feeding (or was that just MY opinion? Grin)

its not wrong it normal for humans to do this, I wouldn't though I'ld pop out to another room

picnicbasketcase · 25/06/2012 19:55

Think there's already a couple of threads going about this, but I agree with you.

DinahMoHum · 25/06/2012 19:55

clutches pearls

what about all the people across the world that share a room to many people.

first world problem

KittyFane1 · 25/06/2012 19:54

Wrong not wring!

KittyFane1 · 25/06/2012 19:54

Having sex with your partner/spouse whilst the DC are in the same room let alone bed is wring IMHO.

Thankgodforcaffeine · 25/06/2012 19:53

I tend to agree with you OP, but be warned: this is going to end badly
