Actually this is a really strange comment. You do know there are loads of left wing people on Twitter? And centre, and right. And they often argue with each other. The feed relies heavily on algorithms that boost content driving outrage, controversy and high engagement. Sensationalised claims and out of context clips spread extremely faster than nuanced and fact checked reporting.

I had twitter. The Elon took over - it quickly became a cesspit. Lie after lie, racism rife. None of it corrected. Fake ID's, fake posts too, claiming to be true.
It was once a great site, it's now vile.

Don't get me wrong, the other one that popped up, bluesky? Just as bad but far left instead.

Anyone who takes social media as a legit source of news without checking facts is a numpty.
