I agree that Shalom Harlow is breathtakingly beautiful.
I also think that Michell Pfeiffer in Scarface is hard to beat, her face looks simply exquisite in that film.

Kristen Scott Thomas - her beauty is just divine as Fiona in Four Weddings and a Funeral and amazingly glacial in the English Patient.
