How much tea/coffee do you drink per day

Sometimes 1 cup of coffee in the morning. Sometimes 2 on holiday. Usually none of either. I prefer the taste of water. Tea is horrible in all incarnations

2 cups of espresso in bed, tea with breakfast, one cup of Americano with an espresso shot mid morning. One mug of tea mid afternoon. Hot chocolate begore bed

My dh has about 10 sports direct mugs of tea a day - whole milk no sugar. Nothing else to drink

I have about 5 normal mug sizes whole milk one sugar, about 5 herbal tea also

Single espresso made into a mini flat white first thing, same after lunch. Cup of naice tea with breakfast and sometimes a builders mid afternoon, don’t take milk or sugar. A mint tea after dinner and something like camomile or lemon and ginger before bed.

i prefer sparkling water with a dash of orange juice.

No coffees. Love the smell but not the taste. Tea about 5 or 6 if off work. Less if working. Decaf Yorkshire tea- poor second best to regular Yorkshire tea.

4-6 black coffees every day, evening is usually water or mint tea. I like a regular tea but don't drink milk anymore, so it's a rare event. If I'm not getting tired at bedtime, I have a small coffee then too (small due to the nighttime toilet issue).

Coffee maybe 3 times a week, Americano with hot milk.

Two mugs of tea befpre 7.30am. 4 coffees before 1.30pm, but two are decaff. Thereafter Mint tea otherwise I'm awake until the wee hours; not just for a wee, which I must have now.

That's quite a strain for your kidneys, plus an increased risk for kidney stones.

Roughly one cappuccino per day, and four or five mugs of tea. Cappuccino has to have chocolate sprinkled on, tea has to be strong, just a touch of milk and no sugar. I might, rarely, have an espresso if I'm out for dinner.
