About 5 years ago I bought some ugg boots online. I only ended up wearing them about 3 times and decided they didn't really suit me.
I've recently been putting some bits on eBay and had been intending to list the uggs for a long time and finally did. They were only on there for about 10 hours (already had 1 bid) and then were removed by eBay. I spoke to them to ask why and they said in their opinion they are fake. They said in order to list them I'd need them certified by someone who works at an outlet that sells them.
I cannot remember the detail from when I bought them as its a while ago now but I know for sure I would have made sure they were genuine as I know how many fakes are around. I kept the certificate they came with and included it in a photo in my listing too. I'm pretty sure I would have checked I was on the genuine ugg website when ordering.
They seem to fit with all of the real vs fake checks that I have done online. Has anyone got any advice on how to go about selling? I'm not sure how much a person in a shop would be wanting to help me to authenticate them to be honest and I'm really annoyed as I was hopeful they would do well and instead they have just been removed!
