Recommendations for an illuminating moisturiser

With a toddler and newborn I haven't got a lot of time to get ready in the morning but have been hearing good things about illuminating moisturisers. I'm thinking of using one with a cheek/lip stain combo.

Any recommendations?

Should I get a tinted moisturiser if I'm not going to use foundation afterwards?

Thanks Grin

Loreal perk up cream, but don't load it on as it is rich. Really lovely glow.
Dior glow maximiser. Is a primer. I go easy on it otherwise I look like a Christmas tree.
Or no7 peach illuminator. Really similar to the Dior one and much cheaper.
I use all three. Just not at the same time!

Not sure its classed as an illuminating moisturiser but Estee Lauder's CC cream is amazing

I've been using Superdrug Naturally Radiant Radiance Balm - got it for £2.89 BTHP offer and have been really Impressed with it.
I wear it under my make up but it's give a subtle awake look on its own.
Also purchased last week the Barbara Daly Trade Secrets Dream shine highlighter. I dab it in under my make up then pat it on cheekbones after make up too to give a glow.
Both of these are nice on their own for a wee glowy look.

RMS Illuminator is good- more of a moisturising illuminator than an illuminating moisturiser though.

Laura mercier do a lovely one. I would avoid them if you have oily skin though.
