La Roche Posay - Effeclar 3 Step System?

Does anyone have any experience on this anti-blemish skin care system?

I suffer with hormonal acne and at 30, I'm fed up with constantly trying to find a decent skin care product to battle my up and down combi skin. It can be very dry so anything too focussed on removing blemishes worsens that.

Considering giving this a go though - any positive recommendations? Does it actually work?!

Yep, bought it after seeing it recommended here & have been really impressed with the results. I've tried everything before but this really works. I think it might stil be on offer at feel unique, I've just stocked up.

Works well for DD(12)

My skin was absolutely dreadful last weekend, spots and rosacea, and on Mon I bought the effeclar duo from boots and my skin is not perfect yet but in less than a week it is massively better.

Great, thanks! Will purchase it. I'll have a look at feel unique, its in Boots for £32.50 which I think is reasonable for 3 products. Fingers crossed then!

I started using it in January after reading about it in here. It has transformed my skin. I also have stuck to drinking eight glasses of water every day, which has helped, too.

I started using it two weeks ago and it has made a difference. I think the toner is probably the thing that's working. My skin feels and looks smoother and no breakouts. I've got really sensitive skin and it hasn't irritated it. Best of all that horrible waxiness has almost disappeared. Very happy but need to wait a full cycle to be convinced!

Me too. It's brilliant

Saurus72 · 15/03/2015 19:52

Completely amazing, has totally transformed my spotty, hormonal skin.

I really like the face wash and duo treatment, keeps my hormonal spots in check. If found the toner too drying so had to stop using it but love the other two products.

I've been really disappointed- felt that spots got worse, and my skin felt incredible dry and sore when I was doing the full three steps.
