Christmas dress for DD - where will I find something pretty?

Aged 6-7. Not bare. Have looked at all the usual suspects ... Boden, Joules, John Lewis, HoF, Gap, Next, White Company, Benetton. I'm probably just being too fussy but don't want sleeveless or tulle and need two of similar prettiness which is making it extra difficult.

Website recommendations very gratefully received!

I love this site for dresses for DD.

But I'm an unapologetic tulle-aholic Grin .

I bought a gorgeous red velvet dress for dad (7) a month ago from BHS. Everyone comments in it and it is very classic.

Thank you ... Will have a look at websites this evening. I Love Gorgeous didn't have anything which caught my eye ... I want it to be wearable as a 'Sunday' dress for the rest of the winter hence not tulle.

JoJo Maman Bébé have some quite traditional dresses which are generally nice quality.

I know you mentioned John Lewis in your list but I love this John Lewis dress, we have it in pink with navy/cream stripy top and it is really lovely.

Sorry - discount my suggestion re JJMB - it only goes up to 5-6 years.

There is only one that I like on the website...Lotte (which is useless for me) and so I revert to skirts and blouses this year.
