What's on your AW wishlist?

I don't think we've already done this, but the weather is miserable today and it's freezing so I'm in the mood to compile my wishlist for autumn/winter. Lost a bit of weight since last year and ebayed all my old stuff so starting pretty much from scratch. After some inspiration really as don't have much on my list so far:

Barbour Kate or Bedale with Liberty print lining
Ankle boots (probably the Topshop pistol-a-likes)
Coloured skinnies - in deep wine/plum and maybe forest green
A silk blouse to go with skinnies (Whistles maybe)
An Alex Monroe necklace
An 'investment' bag - maybe a deer brown grainy Mulberry Lily
Going to knit myself a massive chunky snood, gloves and hat in some nice Rowan Merino
Nail polish in some nice autumny/wintry colours - what's in this year? (Saw a thing on greens in Grazia)

Love the sound of the cord skinnies, nice alternative to regular denim. Will investigate. Also love the idea of the plaid kilt but not sure if I'd feel a little 'school uniform' in it as I still I have mine from when I was a good catholic school girl!

There are some very expensive Marc Jacobs hand crochet scarves around which I'm sure could be done at home.

My AW wardrobe wish list is always:
jumpers- twinsets + crew neck in soft wool, faux cashmere or chenille. Navy, red, crea, chocolate brown, wine red

I'm not a fan of coloured skinnies but I'd like some cord jeggings or ski-pants.

And I've already got my puffy winter coat in bronzey/fawn.

I got some burgundy j brand jodhpurs in the sale and have pistols which I'm planning on wearing a lot.

Really want a navy and burgundy cashmere jumpers and possibly a new winter coat.

A nice winter dress which would be good but always struggle to find casual ones.

I bought some lovely burgundy skinnies a few weeks ago, then broke my ankle the same day! Can't wait to get the cast on and start trying on some ankle boots to wear them with.

I'll wear my black pistols with burgundy skinnies - or think there will be a lot of navy suede ankle boots around as well which would look good.

There'll be loads of jewel colours around as there are every winter so navy/greens/reds

I went AW12 shopping today! And bought a really fab Marni-a-like coat in Cos, grey sleeveless unlined wool, with a zip. Might have to go to Marni itself to get some long-sleeved print blouses to go underneath it, though. And I think it needs some boots, too...

Also bought two pairs of "basic" winter trousers, one khaki and one navy blue, in Sofie d'Hoore (who cuts the best, most flattering trousers ever - worth every euro as they are totally timeless and I always wear her trousers to the death). And four sets of new season underwear in Princesse Tam Tam.

I need some flat comfortable every day ankle boots - Tod's or Hogan.

I looked for it on the Cos website but it's not on there (yet). I've done quite well this year bargain coat wise as I have worn and worn the Marni @ H&M navy thin summer parka (was just the year for it) and also bought and love the black spotted Marni @ H&M evening coat. And I still have my last year's Marni khaki duvet cape, which looks great (though I am slightly bored of it... ).

I like Cos but does anyone else find the sizing huge? I'm sitting here in a breton from my slightly larger days and it is a small but is easily a size 14. I like the look of their navy and forest green bretons here but I don't think an XS is going to be a small enough (and if you could see me, I am not normally one to complain that an xs won't be small enough).

Amber that AH purse is a beaut - what colour are you going for?
