I have loads of Parsley and Basil - Ideas pls?

I have loads of pasley that i want to use up but i dont know what to use it in. There is so much i cant just garnish a dish it has to be the main ingrediant.

I also have a bit of basil but what else to do with it apart from pesto?

I in addition have loads of rosemary. Have thought about meat cooked onto the skewer but dont know if i have to soak them to stop them burning?

Have usual store cupboard stuff with meat and pasta/rice and some veg mainly carrots and cabbage also cauli and broc.

Ideas welcome.

Chop them up, then put in ice cube trays with a bit of water and freeze, for adding to things later?

well the local butcher told me I could get a few pence off meat if I took him fresh herbs - worth asking? He put them into sausages and burgers.

My basil plants look terrible and my parsley is withering a bit. The rabbits eat them anyway .

Make a Nigella style parsley salad (I've seen her do it with mint so why not?)

I thik if i froze it i still wouldnt kow what to do with it.

I know you can make tunisian/moroccon/lebanese stuff but i dont know what they are called to goggle it.
