Gelert Cabana - anyone got one?

I've been eyeing up tents and I really like the Gelert Cabana, it seems to tick all the right boxes: easy to put up, reasonable price, funky design, reviews online seem to rate it. Does anyone have one?

The bedroom area is 2mx3m could you sleep 2 adults and 3 children in that?

I think it may be a bit cosy for 5, would you leave luggage in the car? If not it would definately be snug.

Very little luggage as at a festival, I can't work out if you could pop a couple of beds in the living room for at night then bung them in the bedroom to create living space

This is the tent prettiful tent

Bump for the evening crowd.
Very tempted, think we could make this work for the festival and then as a family tent after.

It would be v. snug. I've had 4 of us in a 5m bell and it was cosy...

I was lusting after this tent last year, but chickened out in the end. Purty, though :)

Lovecat - why did you chicken out?

Mostly if we camp it'll be four of us, it's just the festival we'll be 5, was thinking children in bedroom and campbeds in the main space for the 2 adults.

We have this tent (in the Liberty Rock print too) and it's lovely. We use it with the sleeping area divided and there is enough room for DH and I on separate airbeds on one side, and toddler DS in the travel cot on the other side. Without the divider you might get 2 adults and 3 children in, depending on the size of the children!

There is space for people to sleep in the living area but if it's cold out it would be worth repegging so the vents are closed to minimise drafts.

It's a great tent though, good height on the entrance and inside and pretty distinctive! I've put some photos of ours on my profile.

It's arrived and it looks beautiful - just need a dry day so can pop to the park to practice putting it up.
