Shouldn't whiskey have one of those keep away from eyes warnings on the bottle?

It bloody stings so it does.

liz70 Tue 22-Nov-16 13:43:38

37% alcohol tends to. grin

GrabtharsHammer Tue 22-Nov-16 13:44:26

Were you doing eyeball shots again? We've talked about this.

OhTallulah Tue 22-Nov-16 13:46:35

You're supposed to drink it, not use it for eyewash. grin

RatOnnaStick Tue 22-Nov-16 13:47:43

It's a bit early for hard liquor

HoneyDragon Tue 22-Nov-16 13:49:15

They put it on baby soap but not whiskey it's outrageous. Smudged me mascara and I've wiped away half my eyebrow rinsing my eye.

Waffles80 Tue 22-Nov-16 13:51:02

The baby soap thing is a massive lie - put some in my eye (aged 15, bet with stupid sister), and it was excruciating.

YABVVVU to waste whiskey on your eye though.

HoneyDragon Tue 22-Nov-16 13:52:31

Rats obviously I wasn't drinking whisky before the school run I was injecting it.

HoneyDragon Tue 22-Nov-16 13:54:41

You know it says on baby soap to KEEP IT AWAY from eyes, yes? That should've been a clue.

And it's no more tears rhymes with hairs not tears rhymes with ears)

Tomorrowillbeachicken Tue 22-Nov-16 13:56:25

lol I think this is proof that it is too early

Soubriquet Tue 22-Nov-16 13:57:23

No more tears as in skin tears?

No way. It's no more tears as in eye tears...which rhymes with ears

Waffles80 Tue 22-Nov-16 13:58:09

The baby soap said "as gentle on the eyes as pure water". An aspiring young scientist, I wanted to test this claim.

Presumably pure water burns like acid and leaves you partially blind for 30 minutes while your sister wets herself laughing?

GrabtharsHammer Tue 22-Nov-16 13:58:17

It's definitely tears/ears.

Put the whiskey down.

Waffles80 Tue 22-Nov-16 14:00:06

Fuck me! They're still making their outlandish statement! I feel a strongly worded letter coming on.

Waffles80 Tue 22-Nov-16 14:00:39

You haven't said what type of whiskey? Need to know so as to ensure I avoid it in my eyes.

Soubriquet Tue 22-Nov-16 14:03:45

Bet it's Jack Daniels

Honey has always struck me as a JD person

HoneyDragon Tue 22-Nov-16 14:04:29

I am sober as a judge, thank you <wounded> Surely it really means as in hair tangles? That stuffs as bad as whiskey on eyeballs.

Waffles Johnnie Black.

OnTheTurningAway Tue 22-Nov-16 14:18:12

I've wiped away half my eyebrow rinsing my eye.

If you don't wear eyebrow pencil, that is strong stuff...

HoneyDragon Tue 22-Nov-16 14:19:14

Sorry, my drawn on eyebrows. Not the sparse hairs that are my eyebrow reality.

Soubriquet Tue 22-Nov-16 14:26:14

This you Honey?

Maybe a whiskey eyebrow job was needed grin

RatOnnaStick Tue 22-Nov-16 15:00:49

Ok I'm just going to ask what the whiskey is doing near the eye in the first place? Is there some trick I don't know about since I last bothered with make up in 2010?

tabulahrasa Tue 22-Nov-16 15:03:17

"They put it on baby soap but not whiskey it's outrageous."

Well in fairness, most people tend not to wash in whisky...

EmpressOfTheSpartacusOceans Tue 22-Nov-16 15:09:25

So if the bottle had had a warning message you'd have a) read it, b) kept the whiskey away from your eyes?

ErrolTheDragon Tue 22-Nov-16 15:21:13

Honey has already explained, she wasnt drinking the whisky, she was injecting it. Presumably did that thing of holding a syringe vertically upwards and expelling a bit to get rid of air bubbles?
