I always feel for the staff in that shop, in the one near me they have a supervisor who shouts at them, and I think great and earning a pittance too

The company culture seems ghastly. Ashley stammered his way through questions about company culture and admitted he doesn't have a handle on things. His CEO isn't getting his £4m bonus. He should pay it to the poor souls stiffed by their appalling working practices.
