Quick question about proof of disability

I'm going to the zoo tomorrow and have booked a disabled ticket and a free carer ticket

I have a pop award but can't find the original paperwork, I do however have a photograph of the letter on my phone

Anyone know if this is likely to be accepted ?

What does it say in the terms and conditions for the tickets?

I would imagine that should be fine. We usually don’t get asked for any proof at our local zoo but I always take a copy of my PIP letter or my sons dla letter on my phone just incase.

Blue Badge? Disabled Person's Bus Pass?

I take a scan of my diagnosis letter on my phone and a photocopy on my bag just in case. I have never needed the paper copy but I have been asked for ID so they can verify the diagnosis letter is mine.

If it's got the relevant corresponding details it should be fine. I usually take pics of my docs and would never take the originals out of the house.

I've also known people to just show DLA payments in online banking to prove it at attractions.

Blue Badge? Disabled Person's Bus Pass?

The problem with using a BB as proof is that it needs to be in the car, in the car park.

I take a photo on my phone of the front and back of the Blue Badge and show it to people!
