I've just painted a mug for my Granda who has advanced dementia, it says "always remember you are loved" and Ive got him a key finder because he hides his wallet, then is really distressed when he can't find it. I am so happy with it and I can't wait to give him it on Christmas Day.
I've got DH a pair of trainers he really wanted but they are sold out and we couldn't really afford them. He's trying to qualify for the worlds in ironman and these trainers are supposed to make a big difference. I know he'll be so shocked because we are supposed to be doing a small Christmas but I just can't wait to see his face

I've got DD1 some personalised post-it notes for her stocking. She is a teacher so they have "Miss DD1surname" printed over a map of Ancient Rome (her degree was in ancient history and she's a Rome fanatic).

I've got DH an original vintage Mastermind game. We have a kind of display of old games & gadgets. He'll love it (I hope).

i've got my DD the sylvanian shopping centre. she saw it at a toy shop and her eyes were so wide and excited, but she knows it is such a big present that Father Christmas might not be able to bring it.... so she is waiting patiently to see if he will manage it!

i know my son will be thrilled with the Lego Boost. combining his two great loves of lego and coding.

im just so excited to see the kids faces! nothing for me and DH though, just token gifts.

I'm sewing a sampler for my dbil first baby, it's turning out quite nicely and I know they won't have anything like it.
We managed to get ds a play set with two level crossings (asd and it's his newest fascination)

I am really excited to give my DD the Chemistry set she is hoping for. I bought a 2nd hand set, added loads of extras to it, and even got goggles and white lab coat. Cannot wait to see her face!

I've got my 3 year old a really beautiful wooden dolls house with dolls and furniture. I know she is going to LOVE it. I've also got her a lovely satin superhero cape. No more running around with a teatowel on her shoulders.

I've got my older 2 a toy kitchen with all the accessories. I cannot wait to see their faces when they come downstairs in the morning. I've been saving for months and slowly buying bits for it.

And stockings. I've got them both a tiara and magic wand for their stockings and whilst they are cheap and cheerful I know they are going to just love them and spend the Christmas period running around wearing them.

I've got my DH the comedy wildlife photograph awards vol2 book.
It's HILARIOUS. I cannot wait to see his face looking through it because it's one of those completely random but amazing gifts!

We've been saving hard to buy a house (exchanged this week!) and DP never buys himself anything nice, so I've bought him a Nintendo Switch as he's wanted one for ages. I can't wait to see his face as he totally won't be expecting it Grin

It's not a present I've bought and it isn't for me but my mum is desperate to do one of those DNA Ancestry tests do my son and daughter in law have arranged that for her. I anticipate tears before bed time.

Also for the same son and daughter in law my husband and I have renovated a lamp from a charity shop and I hope they will love it.

I've made my friend a macrame owl. It's super naff and exactly her kind of thing. The bastard thing took me forever so I've written on it that I don't care if she doesn't like it, I never want to see it again 😂

Seriously she'll love it!!
