Oh, actually they must have been listening to me, because today's Daily Deal is all 3 Bridget Jones books for 99p each! I already have them (well couldn't get through the last one, there's something very sad and disappointing in it, I expect you know what, thank goodness they went with a different story for the latest film).

Overall, they are a good laugh, though.

Thanks jackie. I got 'A Suitable Boy' which I had borrowed from the library years ago but never managed to get to the end of - isn't it very long? (so extra good value!) - but I remember it was interesting so will try again.

I wonder why they don't always publicise good offers like this by making them 'Daily Deals' . The actual daily deals are often more obscure books.
