What's best for this? I am not sure I can master the waxing technique and I don't want to shave. Are there any alternatives? Would love the Lumea but its waaaay out of my price range. And definitely not growing it!

I bought wax strips on Amazon - they have worked a treat! Important to have about 2cm at least of hair for the wax to 'grab' onto. I would also like Lumea but too expensive to justify at the moment for me.

Following this for ideas. Can’t shave as prone to abscesses and will not risk it. I’m going to end up plaiting them at this rate!

A couple of years running at the start of summer (but only once each year) I painstakingly plucked out every hair from under arms 😚 because I wanted to feel really clean, and I did, BUT weirdly it made me feel sweatier. Think this is because the hairs wick away the moisture? So I find the amount left after a shave is just right.

I use an epilator. It’s a bit uncomfortable but only takes a minute or so each pit.

@Littlemiss74, would think epilating or a lady shave would be your best cheaper options. I thought about electrolysis donkeys years ago, when it first started up, but it was very expensive. There is another thing now I've heard about on here, but can't remember what it is.

Hot wax. I bought a kit when I couldn't get an appointment for going on holiday, now I do all my own waxing even bikini area. Takes a wee bit of practice but it's totally doable. If you had waxing done 2weeks ago though you might need to leave it a wee bit longer to get the best results.
