It was about 5 years ago when my gorgeous wife of then 35 years sent me a gorgeous Valentine's card. The only problem was that it was hand made and all of the verses were in several different languages.

It was quite fun having to go online to use a language translator to see what the verses said.

I think any card my dad has given me since a health scare has been the best. He puts so much care into finding sweet cards, and then writing something sweet in it. Used to throw cards away tbh but always keep the important ones now.

I had a personalised card sent to me three years ago unfortunately it was meant for my sister off my parents they had put my address on it instead of my sisters we do live in the same street though so it can be forgiven I had to re-seal the envelope to give to her they haven’t made that mistake again though

This is my favourite card! You can't quite see the names printed on it, but the "Partners in Wine" is very appropriate!!

The funniest card was a Mother's day card my oldest made in P2 of school, On the front it said .. To the Best Mummy I've Ever Had.. and inside it said .. The other was yukky.... :O .
No idea what the teacher must have thought as I am her only mummy haha but did keep it to bring out in years to come

I got a lovely personalised card for my big birthday which was a photo of me on the cover of my favourite magazine. I still have it!

I had a card sent to me by my husband when I was last in hosptial. It asked me to get well soon, as the house wasn't the same without me! He appended a photograph of a house that had been hit by a hurricane!

The funniest personalised cards are the ones I receive from my son every year - he has a very good sense of humour, although the first ones he sent when he was younger weren't supposed to be funny!

My mate and I always used to joke about bras when we were younger so she decided to do me a card with my head photoshopped onto the woman who has had loads of boob jobs and is absolutely huge. It was hilarious. Made me laugh so much. That and the fact that she had written 'Have you got my bra' all over the envelope. I'm sure the postie was curious.

my birthday is on valentines day. I hate it when boyfriends only buy one card instead of two. The best personalised cards are ones made for me by my kids.
