DS1 is saying Mummy properly and with meaning. He must have ready my thread last week, because he definitely wasn't. It changed over the weekend (must have been the surfing ). Apparently he sits in school saying 'mummy' and signing home.

He goes to shiatsu. It's an hour and half's drive away (and back again). But shiatsu guy is very experienced with LD's. It wouldn't be possible for ds1 to get it without that expeirnce (especially after last week when he left the poor guy covered in bruises . I'm hoping it will help the the stupid levels of sensory seeking......

BUt he has a toilet just off the room, which ds1 likes. Hence the sign....

DS1 did growing minds. It taught him to imitate. Which has made a massive difference. Now we're doing Light on Literacy. We're not at the reading activities yet, but we have been working on receptive language (although I have to say it is the bit of the programme ds1 really, really struggles with).
