auntevil, the first 2 stone just fell off due to stress within 3 months and I liked the look of this slimmer me, so I've just kept at it. I've always been a bit of a yoyo dieter, but I haven't weighed this little for more than 20 years and so far it's staying off. Shame I have the skin of a much larger woman!

again all you geese. I think the only solution to the skin of a much fatter woman is plastic surgery, but in the absence of the cash, time, courage and vanity of that, maybe spanx?
