I know this is a weird time, still in shift mode.

I need a bit of accountability, hence this. Hope that's okay. Just hoping to post what I consume and WI.

Sorry and thanks xx

How are you doing caremummy?

Hi care mummy, sounds like you're getting there. Missed my last 2 SW weigh ins cause of work and being away. Next weigh in next Friday. I use 40g oats as my HB most of the time with some berries & full fat milk from allowance (HA). Rest of day tends to be heavily leaning on free foods and syns mainly as alcohol but with a couple of no alcohol days thrown in. I'm at Target 🎯 but would like to reduce this by 7lbs by beginning of March.

today a write off, focussing on my WI on 29/1, tomorrow will be what may.
I want (from tomorrow) to be a perfect week of food optimising. switched A from light soya to almond for the next week, just because allowed 1L, which I'd never use but means I don't have to measure.
B's next week will be 2 alpen bars/1 WW wrap/40g oats.
Going to be keeping a close eye on syn's, really focussing for this next week, as when I follow it, I shift the fat

damage limitation, to minimise gain/maintain and to ensure at least a 1lb loss next week.

lunch - pasta boiled with veg stock, 'riced' veg and kidney beans.
Tesco FF strawberry yoghurt.
Tea - garlic, frylight fried mushrooms, spinach and couscous (made with veg stock)
Have been drinking squash which I didn't realise wasn't sugar free, so counting that and the yoghurt as my syns for the day.
