mobile site doesn't work AT ALL

1. I can't post replies to threads so have had to start my own, sorry
   

1. There is no cursor thing to show me where words are going to appear when I'm typing so I have no idea where/whether my words are going to appear or not
   

1. There are no top/reply/message poster links on posts
   

1. All the highlighting of my posts and OPs has vanished
   

1. There's not enough definition between posts so I can't tell who is saying what

1. When you click on the additional menus in the top right, ie profile or account, they then don't go back up so they obscure some of the threads.

I'm the same. It freezes all the time. I can only reply to threads sometimes (clearly I am replying to this one! ) because most of the time the blue bar disappears from along the bottom so there is no 'reply' option.

I can't hi-light posts, so I'm finding it hard to find my own posts etc
I can't flip threads, so unless a thread has got less than about ten posts I can't read it from the start, because if I try to scroll back to the start (mine was set up with newest posts at the top) the screen just freezes.

I don't mind the font and brightness etc, I think that's something that I will just get used to.

But it's just unusable. Not difficult to get used to the changes but actually unusable. I used to use the mobile site because the app was so awful, with all the hundreds of sticky posts, and the fact that you could be reading a thread and there would be big chunks of missing posts.

So the app is unusable, and the mobile site was fine but has now been made unusable. Why would any business do that to themselves? Why would you go out of your way to make it difficult for people to use your site?

It is quite honestly unusable, not just because I don't like change but because it is awful, unreadable, buggy, has removed loads of useful features, and is completely un user friendly.

Yes exactly. And it turns out I can reply to posts but because when I clicked in the reply Box no little flashing cursor telling me I could type appeared, I didn't know. It's horrendous and awful and I honestly will not be able to use it.

10. Threads with more than 50 or so posts will not load no matter how long I wait. They are just blank.

Well, this is strange. My own post is now hi-lighted. But OP's posts aren't, even though I had it set up that way before.

At the top right hand corner of the page is a down-pointing arrow. Touch it and you'll see various options including customise.
Each post had ... In the bottom right hand corner. Touch it and you get options for replying, bookmarking etc.
The highlighted OP posts thing is a pita.
I have to say, it is growing on me.

The pointing down arrow doesn't work on mine, it just makes the whole thing freeze. I've tried it about a dozen times

The pointing arrow thing, the pm icon doesnt work on my s2. In fact its bloody awful to use full stop on my phone. However i have I am using it on my tablet now a samsung tab2 and it is much much better. But please lose the brightness and the black text on white. It really hurts my eyes!

I can't bookmark.

I click on the dots at the bottom right, choose bookmark, and then all that happens is it goes back up to the top. When I reload the thread it behaves as if I'm reading it for the first time.

I'm afraid if I can't bookmark, I won't be reading Talk anywhere near as much. Or at all. This makes me sad. I like reading mumsnet talk.

It's awful. The search function lists all answers in a thread separately and you can't search 'yesterday ' or 'today' you have to manually put the date in which is a pain on a mobile.

Why the fuck has it changed, there was nothing wrong with it before!

Yes the bookmarks don't work I keep getting put to the top of the thread. Very frustrating! Also I can't see the option to view all messages if a thread is over a page long.

Please make all the OP's posts highlighted - not just the first one (this is what happens when you tick that box under customise)

make it possible to fully load longer threads

At the moment I am on my PC as I just can't use the mobile version...

11. Threads I'm on tells me there are random and entirely incorrect numbers of posts. It says this thread has 2 posts. Clearly not right!

I've just come on my laptop specially to look at that thread (being an almost exclusively mobile MNer) and as far as I can see, very few of people's very valid questions are being answered
