DD (11 days) is clinging to me like a milk-drunk monkey.

Watching Sound of Music and doing Lego. We are shortly going shopping. This afternoon we are going swimming with another family (inc DD's best friend).

Mine are at home with DH who just texted me to say they'd both been sent to their rooms for fighting over a cuddly toy - one is 6 and the other 2! Glad I'm at work (and have time to MN!).

Bit late, but DD is currently finding out whether she likes Vimto or not. She is a strange child and has been mixing it in varying degree of dilution.

At the moment my son is sleeping.

When you started the thread I was sleeping and he was playing cars/doing puzzles with his Daddy.

Why does it need a point? And why reply if you think it's pointless? Hmm

Thanks everyone for your replies. I was bored earlier, that's why I started this thread. It's been interesting to read.

DS (7) and DD (5) have just been having a bath and are now playing on the Wii together. A rare day with quite a lot of sibling harmony (long may it last)

Having been for lunch in town and buying paint for her room.

Ds1 (4) playing on the Wii
DS2 (2) in bed
DTS (2 wks) asleep in carry cots in garden.

Once Ds2 wakes up we're off to the shop and park, boys on scooters, twins in buggy, as we're out of milk and bread. Life is dull atm 'cos I can't drive due to c section Sad

DS is recovering on the sofa watching CBeebies after being absolutely terrified seeing a frog climb out of our drain.

Mine are running around the kitchen pretending to be chipmunks. Mental. We have just made violently coloured fairy-cakes and they were licking the icing bowls...e-numbers overdose.
Am just finishing my second cup of coffee then we are going to take our dog for a walk around the duckpond.

Both asleep. DD1 (2.10) in her bed (thank God, no naps at nursery this week so she has been cranky all morning) and DD2 (3 months) on me because she wouldn't settle in bed.

Grandma's just arrived to babysit so I can get my legs waxed. I'm really looking forward to it! Grin

DD2 is picking up manky apples that have dropped off the tree. She pointed out that they "look like Mick" our neighbour. The funny thing is, they do a bit. Grin

DD1 is a teenager so I'm not privvy to what she's doing, but it involves iPods and Harry Potter.

Mine are both at the local 'play scheme' laid on by our local council, every day 10-3' free of charge. Am so grateful, they love it.

I have just banished them to the nearest playground. They are bored today, can't play together, but their friends are all out. They have been driving me batty arguing and whining. A friend is popping round for coffee and I am so looking forward to some adult conversation.
