Done, but why do you have sex and gender identity on the same form? Should be seperate (ie Sex: Male or Female and Gender Identity: Transwoman, transman, NB, None... etc etc)

Our main earner is a software developer - some layers of responsibility but largely lateral, rather than hierarchical. I go for intermediate professional. In other places the descriptions can correspond to typing pool, so MN's clarification is more clarifying than others!
