Hi there
need a bit of info. Long story but trying to get just the basics in rather than bore you.
We own a house and land in Ireland and have let our neighbour use the land for a number of years on a verbal agreement.
Someone has told us that he may believe he will have rights after 12 years (adverse possession/squatter's rights?). While we don;t believe this is actually true we would like to draw up a legal agreement where we have in writing that he is renting from us.
My question is, do I need to get a solicitor in Ireland to do this or can I get somoene here in the UK to do it? Will it be legally binding accross the two countries?
many thanks in advance

Can I get a UK solicitor to draft a legal agreement to be used in Ireland?
