I know I'm going to sound like a hypochondriac which is why I haven't mentioned it to my doctor, but I am now getting a bit worried. I'm only 25, relativley physically healthy (as far as I am aware) but something always seems to be hurting. I do have some quite severe mental health problems and I know depression can cause some physical symptoms sometimes but I've had depression for a long time and this is fairly new (worsening over the last year or so). The pain migrates, so sometimes its my ribs and it hurts to breathe in, and even pressing the area feels tender, sometimes - like the last week it is in my legs and today it is so bad that I am finding it hard to walk (today is the worst it's ever been), it can be in my shoulders and elbows, or my neck. What can be causing this? I shouldn't be in this much pain all the time it is ridiculous but I also don't want to bother my GP if its likely nothing (all in my head).
