Cook it into a chickpea or bean dish, with onion, tomatoes, tomato paste (for color).

Tatie pot.

Chop lamb up, put into a casserole dish with carrots, onion, leek, peas (any veg you like) then top with layers of thinly slided potato, cheese and onion.

Shepherds pie should ALWAYS be made with leftover roast lamb. Just take all the meat off the bone and put it in a food processor, then make as usual.

Tastes MUCH better than using fesh mince.

mm, lamb dhansak.
Lamb, letnils, onions, tomatoes, then you want spice and sweetness. Do you have any dried fruit?

I love cold lamb with boiled potatoes with lots of butter and caramelised onion relish (though I'm currently a little obsessed with that & am putting it on everything except ice-cream...)

Chop it small (or mince it if you have a machine) and make shepherds pie. Or a moussaka.

Or slice it and have it cold in sandwiches, maybe with salad, maybe with a bit of mint jelly or redcurrant jelly?

Usually chuck it in a pan with curry sauce and left over veggies.
