I can't calm down and I have the worst thoughts, I am actually just falling apart and I have no one literally no one to help me, I don't know why to do

Aveiam Could you change the locks to keep him out? Your home should be a safe space. especially if he is now an ex.

My GP is referring me to home treatment team but my ex has been in my house when I was out and I feel very sick and scared and keep having panic attacks

I think you might need an ambulance, my dear. I think you are needing help and if you can see that then you probably won't be sectioned. You could maybe get help on voluntary basis. At moment you sound like you are really struggling so call GP get a home visit if you can't go out and let them help you decide if you need admitting to help you feel safe.

I tried to call them today but I can't get through to anyone I don't want to call the crisis team I don't want to be sectioned I just feel so ill and so scared I'm

Sick as in you might need to go to hospital or just your thoughts racing in your head?
