i have a phobia of beng sick, terribleone.
my dd has been playing with thekids next door,they have been vomiting in the night, my dd was playing with them yesterday evening, i am now dreading her getting it, can you be contagious before you actualy start vomiting, and can you beathe it in in the air.

I have this phobia too. I'm not sure of the answers to your questions but have you seen your Doctor for help. I'm having therapy and it is helping with my anxiety and phobia.
