I’ve been deluding myself that I can self-motivate to get fit and lose weight. I’ve tried Aaptiv, Les Mills On Demand, Kayla, Insanity. I just gone keep it up. I think I need to go somewhere, work hard for an hour or so and go home.
Have previously loved bootcamp style groups and BodyPump. Also like swimming and yoga, and sometimes running. Currently I would struggle to run for more than 15 minutes....
There’s a CrossFit near me so I’m thinking about giving it a go. On the website there is a timetable with lots of slots saying “CrossFit / Open Gym” and they are the sessions I could get to but are they classes or is it just a normal gym session?
What happens at a session?
I’ve signed up for a trial but trying to figure out what it’s all about! Plus a bit worried about being completely out of my depth....
