Yoga DVD recommendation?

I've lost the only half decent yoga dvd I had, and I can't remember what it was called (and it wasn't that great anyway), so I've decided to buy one or two others.

My requirements are:

  • Not too hppy wafty and gentle. I want to feel like I've actually done something, but definitely yoga, not some weird yoga/circuit training hybrid or anything.
  • not too long - 45 mins max, preferably shorter

Erm, that's it.

Thank you!

I recomment checking out the yogatic channel on you tube:
www.youtube.com/user/yogatic
she has loads of stuff that you can follow on there :)

I love this one

Shiva Rea

It has various different sections of up to 20 minutes and you can combine them or just do one at a time. When you first do it, she seems to move from pose to pose really quickly but once you've done it a few times it's much easier to follow.

sorry I can't do links... this is totally wonderful, I'm addicted to it. Very focused on the breathing side of it as it's kundalini yoga. You can select how much you want to do in "matrix" mode, but I recommend going from the beginning to start with. You'll feel different in a week
