Changing the shipping without asking me or reducing the price

I bought a buy-it-now item on Saturday on a listing that included £15 for myHermes door-to-door service. I asked if the seller could possibly send it that day. She said no as they were moving but would send it first thing Monday. Fine. I got an email from Hermes saying it had been sent but the tracking didn't work. I contacted the seller to ask whether she could help with the tracking info, and she said she had changed it from Hermes to 'another courier' as the labels wouldn't print and I should receive it by Friday. I emailed back saying that a four day untracked courier wasn't what was advertised and we should agree revised arrangements.

AIBU? Should I pay less than £15? I'm annoyed I won't get the item 'til Friday, but as the listing was due to end on Wednesday, the delivery date was estimated between 12-16 Sep, so I'm sure she thought that was within the timeframe and therefore ok. But it's not when the item actually ended on Saturday, right? And £15 is a lot for an untracked, 4 d service IMO.

MyHermes will collect next day if you order and pay before 9pm the night before.

I use myhermes and to be honest it takes them a good few days to ship something so the time issue isn't one really. What was the item?? I have sent large heavy items with them and I think the maximum I have paid is £8 something do unless it was a very very heavy item they were trying to make a few extra quid. Also one thing with myhermes is that they have quite a restrictive size policy do if it was quite but they probably wouldn't take it.

Also... If the seller was setting it up to be collected from them it can't happen until the next day as same day collection isn't possible I believe in my experience

depends how heavy or big the item is really - seems pricey.
