If you were literally days pregnant, could you still get pmt??

Made a bit of a mistake the other night and am not sure when i'm due on but think it's very soon and for the last last two days have either had severe pmt or have become a psycho overnight!!

Haven't read whole thread, this just caught my eye. I had all the symptoms which usually told me my period was about to start when my 1st period was due after getting pregnant, including slight cramps etc. And I swore that in the few first months of pregnancy there was still a monthly pattern to how i felt, like my body was still expecting a period.... sorry to freak you out. any more news swiperfox?

Still feel like i'm due on any day. I read the instructions in the pregnancy test after I did it (how blonde?? lol) and it says that if you don't know your lmp you should test 19 days after unprotected sex so that makes it 8th.

um...bit thick...what's lmp?

aha! I knew that weeks were counted from then but just COULD NOT figure out what the letters stood for!

i didn't even know the weeks were counted from then lol i thought it was the date of conception (makes more logical sense to me!!)

Well, you don't necessarily get pg on the date of conception, it can be up to 5 days after i think.

...so i suppose because it's an unknown quantity they'd rather go by the lmt? Or is it just how the body works? Any health professionals out there??

Nothing yet Helly .... was just sayonmg on the other thread, the not knowing is driving me insane. It's all i think about all day lol - mostly how on Earth I'm going to manage 3 of them!!! I still haven't told dp yet - i'm not sure whether to tell him now or wait til i know for definate. I don't think he'll be too amused to say the least!!! Am going to test on Friday when i've got some cash......so scary!!!!

Just replied on the other thread but yeah, it must be making you insane - it's driving me mad not knowing, especially about my friend who so need's a positive result!!! [crossing fingers and toes very very tightly]

I've got 10 more days until she'll do a test. At least I only have to wait 2 more days for yours!! 2 very long days for you though

no he doesn't know - i was about to tell him after i bought the test but he got called to work and had to rush off - typical!!
