Presents for pony-mad children?

My 6yo is crazy for ponies, and planning to put one on her list "just to see what Santa can do"!
Sadly, there is no chance of an actual pony, but has anyone got any good, possibly magical, ideas?
She has lessons and stable days already, so has hat/boots/jodhpurs...

Could you look in to a pony share?

Pony magazine is good. I subscribed to it last year for me ds2

If she doesn’t already have one maybe a traditional style riding cap rather than a skull cap.
Dd loves hers and her friends often say they’d love to have one.

Schleich Horses and stables are great, as were the playmobil stable sets. Both had years of play in this house.

Early present of Olympia tix? That was always my absolutely favourite Christmas thing as a pony-mad kid. Also the trade stands there are amazing for horsey gifts.

Schleich stables and figurines, I still played with mine until I was 11-12, they're expensive but last years and years

New smart cap for her hat? If she doesn't have one that goes with jodhpurs etc?

My DD is horse mad too! We got her the Our Generation stable and horses a couple of years ago and she absolutely loves it! Pricey but large and well worth it! https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/toys/fashion-and-dolls/our-generation/our-generation-horse-stable/p/135297?gclid=Cj0KCQiArYDQBRDoARIsAMR8sSfD1psg3k0bGS81X9sWRQQ1occopnk22wKKIp8pi2Fsk5wevFmvYsaAoLvEALww_wcB

Defo a grooming kit.

When my dd was 6 I bought her an enormous pink unicorn. She's 18 now and still has it. He's called Kevin.

Like previous posters, I would say a grooming kit. I was the happiest kid alive when I got my first one!

My DD is turning 6 and daft about horses too. Has only been on one a couple of times.

In terms of horse toys she has the Build A Bear horse and the rug, saddle, bridle. Which she has loved.

She wants an Our Generation horse and stable for Xmas.

In case anyone's exhausted all possible horse-themed gifts for their kids' bedrooms, and is now resorting to unicorns Grin ...

These are pricey, but decent quality so will last:

Pic 1. Wooden Light-Up Unicorn

Pic 2. Unicorn Glow Sticker (and stars)

Pic 3. LED Light-Up Unicorn Cushion

Sponsoring a pony from Redwings or similar might be good.

Try Robinsons equestrian for inspiration. [no real ponies yet unfortunately.]

We got DD the wall sticker 2 years ago, they still look great, no peeling off, nothing. Can def recommend them.

The Pony Magazine's subscription comes with a gift, we got the grooming kit last year and while I am sure there are better ones on the market it fits the purpose of being at the stable every now and then. That alone is a good gift.

DD also got hoodies, horse calendar, lots of books like the Pony Club Secret series or Pony Detective. They may be a bit much for a 6 year old to read on her own but you could read to her or do shared reading.

Are you anywhere in the SE? The championships at Hickstead are great, you could get tickets (voucher first) for the weekend in Summer. Put some spending money aside as well, the shops are great and expensive. Or look for any other horse event near where you are.

This year DD also gets a mug with her favourite horse from a riding holiday and some T-shirts with slogans.

Horse bedding, blankets or towels are also in use all the time.

This website is not bad: //www.kramer.co.uk.

My DD loved the series Free Reign (adventures of teenagers in a stable) on Netflixs. I have got her the Ultimate Horse Box on dvd from Amazon for 9.00. It looks like three girls and horses films. She will love it
