I recently signed up to a Boot Camp at a local gym. It is going okay and I think that if I can stick with it, walk 10,000 steps daily and stick to the calorie allowance they’ve given me I should lose weight.
The problem is I’m completely clueless when it comes to thinking of what to eat because in the past my eating habits have been terribly unhealthy.
As part of the Boot Camp it is suggested that we eat 80% non-processed food, and be mindful to eat enough protein. Other than that the guidelines are pretty loose which is a bit of a problem for me because I’m totally lost about where to start.
Could anybody recommend any recipe books, or plans, or websites/Facebook pages that might help me please.

I like the Hairy Dieters Cookbooks. Delicious and realistic and include suggestions on how to adjust for family meals (I don't know whether you're single?)
