Sydney is top 300 for girls (I think in the UK, maybe I've been playing too many US quiz games but I'm fairly sure it's UK) I don't know how popular it is for boys atm but it's a standard girl's name too now. I like it and it would go well with Marley.

I would maybe avoid another ee sound. I think Marley would go nicely with (sorry for any repeats):

It's not the first Sydney for a girl I know if ds1 is 15 and went to pre school with a girl Sydney fwiw she now has 4 sisters with 'boy' names such as Charlie Frankie and Bobbie.
The Sydney of Sydney and India well it suits her. It's not a name I'd choose but I like it for her and her mum is lovely quite quirky and bohemian.

I love macy. Marley and macy is lovely.

I also like betsy on its own.

I know a Marley and shelby if that helps.

Piper is good- same sort of vibe. Yes, B-B is pretty awful. Reminds me of the Beatrice Dalle film.

Willow is nice, and unusual, but I'm not sure why you'd want to pair it with anything else? I agree that Harper is too slebby to use.

Betsy-Blue sounds a bit like a pet's name to me, I couldn't use it other than as a nickname. But it's your call, obviously. I like Georgia myself.

Loveday? Is that a name? No don't like any of those, Hadley is not too bad but sounds like a boys name. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. Will a decent name ever come to us?

Georgia is a nice name. Macy is nice but not maisie. Harper and willow are nice but maybe not together, and no to betsy blue. (imho)

What about
Hadley
Nancy
Nina
Francis (Frankie)
Loveday
