When I was a teenager I used to sprout an inch long grey hair overnight on my cheek weird as fuck. It stopped happening all on it's own , never figured out what it was that caused it

I feel so at home here...I get nipple hairs (just lately they've all decided to become ingrown, so that's nice...maybe they're burrowing for warmth?), long wiry chin bristles and ridiculous long white curly eyebrow hairs. I've always had pube trousers and a random patch of long wispy hairs at the small of my back, and as for my moustache...

Well, let me just say that if I didn't keep it under some semblance of control by waxing it, I'd probably look like Zoidberg with his shell off. I'm just that attractive.

2) discovering curly black patches of hair in the middle of the backs of my thighs that must have been there for AGES, I mean who studies the backs of their thighs? shock shock

YES!! Just found them this summer?! I was HORRFIED! Might've been laid chatting to someone in the garden etc with shorts on completely oblivious to the 2" black hairs on the back of my legs!!!! When I did find them my husband thought it was hilarious. Wanker Wink

Oh this thread has made me feel better!!

I have a random stomach pube, one that appears on my cheek, and when shaving the other night I could swear my pubes have spread out wider......nice.

@ronniemipperton
I would of been horrified too (and also in awe).

I’ve just invested in this JML thing! Reviews are very good!

This thread is great.

I have also had the dreaded ingrown chin hair. For ages I was confused about the weird spot/lump on my chin. Then started to wonder why it had something that felt like a hair in it. Kept trying to delve in with tweezers but it was weeks and after a lot of attempts that I finally got the fucker. Pulled out a thick black hair about four inches long. It was like a horror film.

Terrified it’s going to come back for the sequel.

I got the jml flawless finish mentioned upthread. I LOVE IT. It's now rechargeable no batteries needed

I've just spent 20 mins tonight plucking my neck, chin and cheeks. I hadn't done it for a couple of days and it was starting to look like a beard Blush

I used to be able to shave once a day, now I understand the necessity of these things. 😳

I have a mutant wire growing out of my chin. Once I had my hand on my chin i the office and felt what had to be a stray something. Had a fiddle. Got to the loo, tried to flip mutant object off, looked in the mirror and saw a long black log growing from my chin. Then the first few times I wrenched the b......r off but it was well rooted and it took two pulls and felt like it was growing from my chin bone! After many rugs over the years the mutant has finally weakened and turned into white mutant log.

I can scrutinise my face with magnifying mirror and remove every hair that shouldn't be there, get downstairs and OH will gleefully tug on a black hair sprouting from my chin which is about 4 inches long that wasn't there 30 seconds earlier. Sad

oh yes, that one maddening chin hair! And the weird odd white ones. I'm fairly sure it's to do with the pigment of your natural hair colour, the root still being dark I mean. I have spent a fortune on electrolysis, epilators, tweezers, magnifying mirrors, other gadgets etc over the years. Not to mention the time that probably adds up to weeks or even months that I've spent removing hair. It has been an issue since my teenage years. I now pluck the strays on my chin, eyebrows and nipples, ignore my tache and won't have razors in the house. I get a full leg, bikini and underarm wax when I can afford it but stay hairy inbetween because at 40 I've decided I have better things to spend my time and money on. It's actually quite liberating. Although I have this weird thing where I have no issue whatsoever with people seeing my armpit hair but I have to keep my legs, feet and toes covered when outside the house/expecting visitors.

I have a graveyard drawer full of torture devices with the epilator at top spot for being the most painful for me and selfie wax strips coming in second. With no one device being adequate, the No No and tweezers I use for my face and neck and the good old razor for the onesided Pube shorts (looks a bit dodgy when it's itchy growing back). Forget the toe hair, doesn't it mean you have good circulation and there to show off!
The eye sight is starting to let me down; is this mother nature being kind so you can't see the hairs on your face... Or is she being cruel as everyone else sees them and your oblivious!

I have just taken off an M&S silk scarf as it was rubbing against my stubble and creating a maddening itch. 😳

I am 27 and already have the knee to crotch pubes (and for a while). Always been reasonably hairy, bottom of my back and snail trail are very fluffy. When i was pregnant the snail trail thickened and went up to my chest - they don't tell you that in the baby books! Fell out after, luckily.

The past year my nipples have started sprouting thick black hairs and I'm having to pluck them every other day. Recently had to start plucking fine but dark hairs out of my cheeks too. I have my lips filled and never realised how bad my 'tache was until they took an up-close photo

@LoisWilkerson1 I imagine you're not far from the truth, a lot of people laser every inch of their bodies too. I wish I could afford it/put up with the pain!

I've been getting chin hairs since I was in my teens... I've gotten use to them. I've had a moustache for years, but DH always insists I don't have one. The other day DD kindly pointed out that daddy is wrong, I do have a moustache. She also let me know that.. "Mommy, you ae really young, but you look old. Daddy is young and looks young. Grandma is old and looks old, but you are young and look old!"

Oh ffs, pube trousers?! I’ve only just got on board with the fact I need to wax my nostrils (after someone kindly asked what was up my nose in Sainsburys, thanks body!) and now this!

Thank you all for cheering me up on this very stressful day 🤣.
I've never been a hirsute bird, only 6 or so armpit hairs ever and shave my legs once a month if I can be arsed (I'm single, who cares!).
But since the perimenopause occurred I have developed facial down, blonde, when I'm dark! I'm relieved it's not dark hair but it's a nightmare! In amongst the fuzz there are a few REALLY long fuckers!!! I don't always see them. I occasionally get one between my eyebrows too. If I don't notice it it can grow long enough to poke me in the eye ffs 🙄.
I don't have alot of pubes either. I tried shaving the lady garden once, got terrible ingrowing hairs so didn't bother again. Very painful!

@meddie
Totally was gonna suggest this tool - great for the tache!

Years of plucking hairs from my witch mole on my chin - some of which are now white!
Pluck the nipple hairs
Use the tweezer man for under chin, stray cheek hairs & sub belly button
Have noticed the pubes growing down inner thighs.....try the tweezerman on those I shall!
Growing old gracefully! Grin

Waxing strips on the chin ones. Gets a while lot in one go. Less painful than plucking

Electrolysis. I've been having it for years . Unfortunately once you get menopausal a whole load of new ones sprout, it's just an ongoing expense.
