My DS came off my breast after a feed the other day and I watched a nipple hair spring back out of his nose. I have been more vigilant with the tweezers since.

I get some long hairs around my nipples. Weird where they spring up.

I have one white eyelash that I've had since I was in my teens. It comes in, grows full-length, stays for a bit then drops out on aproximately a two-year cycle.

My children were somewhat puzzled to catch me looking in the mirror one day and saying, "Oh hello, are you back again? I can't believe it's two years already", apparently to my reflection!

My head has too many to have a conversation with.

@Trashboat oh I get some big suckers growing out of my boobs. It's most odd.

I can't get my eyebrows to grow out (over plucking as a young one) but no matter how much I pluck my chin they grow back. Figure that one out.

You can absolutely dye your eyebrows. I tint my eyelashes every month.

Until this thread it had never occurred to me that my flange would one day go grey. I've never looked for a grey hair down there. Might get out the mirror tomorrow 🧐

Just turned 40 hair and have very pale skin but very dark hair.

Been getting greys since I was a late teen.

Lady garden is still dark ( thank the lord )

My head sees more people so it bothers me more../

I found a wiry WHITE hair protruding from my areola the other week 😱

I was most upset

I had no grey at all until I was 48. Now it is at my temples but no where else on my head. No comment on elsewhere except for my eyebrows!

If all falls out in the end, under arms, legs, below No it doesn't, it just migrates to the chin This is very true Grin

I had first grey hair on my head early twenties, all other body hair (including eyebrows) has gone a very light brown now.

I thought about rebelling and embracing the grey but it is very aging and it looks awful. I will one day/ sitting around salons isn’t fun really and there’s the cost too of having it done properly. Don’t know what to do really .

Having no partner I can get away with it - although if I did have one and he wanted me to continue colouring I think I would be so irritated with the unfairness of it all, I just wouldn't.

isnt it odd about men's perception of the grey? we have to put up with them losing their hair or going bald - all fine - when my roots went really grey it was like ' you going to have a colour'?' as he mum always did this and he sees it as ageing. hang on mate, i am early 50s now, not 21 anymore. i hate it, so i tend to have the foils done for me as it looks better and does tend to blend in with the greys and makes my mop a bit more manageable. his attitude to it is weird. other women have said the same about their men folk - i know we shouldnt let it bother us, its nothing to do with them etc etc, but it seems that they dont want us to 'age' - not controlling in other areas of life - if i wanted to go grey then i would, but there is an expectation that we don't let it happen. why young girls have a grey colour put in i do not know. why?

My mums in her 50s and no grey hairs. Although I have a soft spot for them! I secretly love it when one sprouts up on DP

70 yo mum with very little grey hair; I, unfortunately, take after dad. Was starting to feel guilty about the cost of covering up and after reading a thread on here about ditching the colour and embracing the grey was feeling a little inspired to do the same. Mentioned to DH who got most upset at the idea, so now can visit salon guilt-free. Result! My hairdresser is relieved too (kerching)!!

i hate the buggers, always top of the head where you can see them all of course! mother nature hates us women, although scientists have developed colours and lighteners and so on - so its not all bad news. i just hate that they make me look 'drained' and when i dont sleep because of the menopause, then i look even worse. my hairdresser is nice though, she sorts them out, but a few still get through the bleach!

40s. No grey hair at all but I started getting age spots on my face in my 20s, and Botoxable furrows in my forehead in my teens. My hair is sucking the youth from my general head region.

I'm 67 this year and may hair still won't go grey. I have about 10% and it's been like that for 10 years. It's dark and very unkind to my ageing features so I have highlights put in to lighten it.

Dad had black hair until his 70s, so I guess it's genetic. Pubes still dark as well.

I'm nearly 46 and have no grey hair on my head. I'm naturally blonde, so it's just going to go griege anyway. Meanwhile, I have found one or two elsewhere, so I guess it won't be long!

No one has a single grey hair on their head. The impression of grey is created by the mixture of white and whatever other colour.
