Can I divorce over cheese?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. Have been waiting for dickhead (from here-on to be known as dh) to come home with cheese so we can have dinner (which I was going to cook) Was going to be pasta and cheese, nice and plain and easy.

He walked in the door at 9pm with a block of mild cheese. I've never eaten mild cheese in my life, and we've certainly never bought it as a couple. Who would put mild cheese on pasta??

I got very upset, literally sobbing. He tried to comfort me but I don't want to be touched (over 13 hours alone with ds18 months and dd7 months) I just want my fucking cheese. He got snotty and raised his voice because I told him I didn't need to be comforted.

Have bad pregnancy nausea and I've gone to bed hungry whilst he goes out with the fucking dog.

I get it for my nephew to make him pizza and he likes it. Admittedly he's 7, allergic to dairy and has never actually tasted cheese.

My husband says they have it on amazon prime now, usually delivered in an hour, but we are not sure if they would deliver on a Sunday night. I hope you find some decent cheese very soon xxx

I totally get you. DHs need to suck it up and bring exactly what we ask for during that stage. I know that I did exactly the same thing during my first pregnancy but now six years on I honestly can't even remember what the food was, so don't divorce him just yet, I think you'll feel better in the morning. Cheese though is important so make it clear it must not happen again. Congratulations by the way

When I was pregnant I ended up inconsolable at a pizza restaurant because DP didn't want to split two mains with me. He dug his heels in because I'd been crying all day and he was irritated, so I started crying so hysterically that loads of staff came running over because they thought he had hit me!

I didn't even need to read the post to know YANBU. Any cheese-related offences are automatically a divorceable crime. Cheese is the cornerstone of any solid marriage. If DH ever brings home an emmental he's out on his ear.

If you do go ahead with divorce proceeding I think you should also add to the crimes he committed against you is that it was him got you pregnant and caused you to be unable to eat blue cheese. A cruel and terrible situation to be in.
