TALL ladies - where on earth do you find maternity trousers with >34

It looks like Long Tall Sally now only offer ONE pair of maternity jeans, and ONE pair of black maternity trousers.

PLEASE tell me that these are not the only two items of clothing that I am going to be able to wear on my bottom half this year??!

I'm just over six foot tall, and inside leg must be at least 34", preferably 36", by the by... what's a growing girl to do?

What size are you looking for? As far as I remember my Dorothy Perkins ones were way too long for me - they're a size 18 though, so probably no good to you. I normally wear standard length but am convinced these were long - not sure of exact length though, but if the size is any good I can look them out.

Actually, they're jeans so you probably wouldn't want them anyway - didn't read first post right!

Have you tried Formes? I dont think they do 'tall' specifically but I am 5'8'' and had a pair of jeans that were a good 4 inches too long for me which I wore turned up; I loved them (six plus years ago). Might be worth a try? Good luck in your mission!

Once got some trousers from h&m that were too long - I'm 1.75m - had to take them up. Also Isabella Oliver (on the www) do long length.

Ah, bless you all for a quick response. I will definitely look out the top shop ones - I am amazed they offer 36", since most of the other stores 'long' or even 'extra long' versions (eg. Next) don't go beyond 32 or 33".

I know it's a nice problem to have really - but I must admit I was kind of hoping to fall pregnant earlier in the year so that I could get away with wearing floaty dresses and summer skirts... but as it is I'll be at my hugest in mid-winter (baby due mid-january), so I really need to find those trousers!

Thanks again for your help, ladies!!

Totally agree with the Top Shop recommendation - have a couple of pairs, and they are if anything slightly too long for me (perhaps partly because they tend to sit on the hips).
Tried the Long Tall Sally jeans - leg is a good shape, but they are the sort where the waist sits somewhere up over the top of your bump, and dp kindly pointed that they make my bum look about a mile long, so needless to say, haven't worn them again.
It's also worth seeing if you can get hold of and Gap maternity stuff (there are some e-bay stores selling it new) - as I think their long length is about 35".
The other good trousers I found aren't maternity at all - yoga pants from Sweaty Betty (they have a website) in the long length - really stretchy, and with a waistband that can be worn up or down.
Hope that helps - it's a nightmare finding long maternity trousers (Next's 'extra long' just made me laugh) !

In desperation, I made some. Sewed an attractive jersy panel into a pair of ordinary jeans and added some of that button elastic.

H & M...

Also they do quite cheap jeans (about a tenner), there jeans are always lovely and long and at that price you can afford to buy a slightly bigger waist than usual then wear them low slung.

and plenty of elasticated waist gypsy skirts around..

Had the same problem 2 years ago with a February baby. Ebay is worth a try and I got a few pairs from Maternitywear Exchange which is online. Just hope they are better at taking pictures now as some of the stuff looked "interesting"! My best buy was in Denmark, the comfiest jeans ever and everything I tried on was REALLY long, when asked why the shop assistant said that Danish women like to think they are taller than they are!! Don't know about Danish stuff online though.
Good luck!

I have 36" inside leg and lived for the whole of my pg in H and M slouchy black trousers and a pair of Mothercare maternity jeans - really surprised by Mothercare that they were long enough - I rarely took them off!
