this one .

OK some may think it's hideous - but I think it's absolutely gorgeous........but the price tag horrific - and I'm going to need a dress before December 5th...........and I want one like that (I think)

So what shop would you go to to find a dress like that but with a more affordable price tag

well they're not all over the place where I live .

I need to plan where I'm going to go shopping in a few months time.......and that will depend on where the shops are that sell a dress like that - (because there sure aren't any in this town LOL).

Monsoon?

My sister got married in a Temperley dress, and they look quite like this.

Still expensive (more like £800), but if you are anywhere near Oxfordshire, there is a discount outlet for Temperley at Bicester Village.

That link's taking me to a woman in a skirt, bustier type thing and a cardi.

Is that what you mean?

How odd.

Why can't I see the original one?

Martha that's nice - but it's got a straight front

Scorps - that's quite close - will put Monsoon on my list of shops that must be in whichever town I go dress shopping in.

I like the layered sort of look to the skirt, and the shape of the top - where it's not flat

(I don't buy many clothes normally - and certainly not dresses.........usuall I go to Matalan, peacocks, and for more "upmarket" clothing New Look ).

that last one is nice - but it's too dark - I'm renewing my wedding vows and having our new rings (yet to be bought) blessed and so having a service of thanksgiving so want something bright.

I'm not sure why I'm panicking (or even looking properly) yet as it's ages away yet - but still.........

Are you not blond and pale? Have you had your colours done ? I would have though maybe a deep rose shade with your colouring no?

deep rose??? you mean pink????

Yes I am blonde.........slightly pale - although we seem to be having a good summer and despite the sun block I do usually look a little healthier at the end of a good summer .

TheFool - so do I - in fact despite being a Peacocks/Primark/Matalan type of girl I have inexplicably fallen in love with a stupidly priced dress

Deep rose is very different to pink pink.

looking on fb, a less bright version of the colour of the top you have on in the "look what i found in the washing" pic would look stunning in that dress style.
