I'm a bit ropey and realise it's a tall order but I figure I could improve my overall appearance in a couple of weeks.
What works best to have an impact in a short period of time? I already exercise so will carry on with that. I am thinking avoid sugar and alcohol. Good cleansing routine. Any tips gratefully received.
