PLEasE heLP! Awful eyebrow tint job!

Hi everyone, so I went to the salon yesterday and got my eyebrows tinted, asking for light brown as I have ginger hair and really didn't want anything too dark (without product on my eyebrows I have insanely light blonde brows)... Too late for that because THEYRE BROWN/BLACK/GREY!

in other words - I feel ridiculous. I have tried head and shoulders to lighten them, tried fairy liquid, and I have exfoliated the eyebrow area to get tint off the skin - and I succeeded with that. However the problem that still remains is the fact that my eyebrow hairs are more or less black! Any suggestions on how to lighten them?

Can you ask the salon that did it? They messed up, so should be able to help if not advise you on how to strip the colour out.

I would but I'm nervous! I walked out of the salon pretending that I loved it and it was completely and utterly embarrassing!

You can buy hair dye stripper I think. You'd have to be super careful near your eyes though!

They will fade within a week even if you can't tone it down Flowers
At least you're trendy

Mine always look rubbish for three or 4 days then they mellow. Can you be housebound until Wednesday?

Really? Finding it hard to believe but I'll trust your words - had you had them tinted somewhere else or done yourself?

Go for a swim at your local gym/pool.

The chlorine will fade them pretty quick.

Head and shoulders strips out hair dye really well-I'm guessing same would apply to eye brows just be careful not to get it in your eyes. I had a terrible dye job a few years back, washed my hair repeatedly with h&s (literally 30-40 times in the shower) it made a huge difference.

I have mine professionally done every six weeks, honest truly wherever I've had them done they look crap, dyed skin, black brows but a few dats later they genuinely look good. I WFH though, so can afford to avoid the public for a few days!

I think they look fine - it's probably because you're not used to them being dark.

Maybe I am just seeing them worse then they are...
